Preinsulated electrofusion fittings supplied with the range provides the system with versatility, thus drastically reducing installation times.

The ELOFIT system offers a complete range of electrofusion and spigot fittings made of PE100 in pressure series SDR 7.4/11/17.
Electrofusion fittings are manufactured in dimensions from 20 mm - 1600 mm and have an open heating coil. The system is certified for drinking water, and as one of the few systems have FM Global certification. The dynamic mixer with an integrated frequency converter is a compact and efficient unit designed for high-quality mixing of two liquids, such as sludge with polymer or coagulant. Its use significantly enhances flocculation efficiency and reduces the overall consumption of chemicals. The built-in frequency converter allows easy adjustment of mixing speed without the need for complex integration into a control panel. The device stands out for its simple installation and high operational reliability.

The VOLUTE GS dewatering press is equipped with a unique pre-thickening device, the TFU (Thickening Flocculation Unit), which enables the press to achieve excellent results in terms of dry solids content in the dewatered sludge, filtrate clarity, and improving the throughput by up to 50% compared to units without pre-thickening. This press is suitable for dewatering biological sludge even with very low initial concentrations. There is no need to pre-thicken the sludge before dewatering.
